Hotel Information

We have room blocks with 2 hotels for the wedding. The first is the Microtel in Waterloo / Seneca falls. It is about 15 minutes away from belhurst, and there are about 20 rooms available (mostly suites with kitchen). The second is the Holiday Inn in Auburn, which is about 45 minutes from Belhurst. The hotel blocks are for Thursday May 29th checkin, and Monday June 2nd checkout. It is not required to stay all the days to be in the room block. If you are looking for flights, make sure to check both Rochester and Syracuse airports. Geneva NY is located between the two cities, and is easily accessible from both via the NYS Thruway.

Since June is in the peak season in Geneva, the hotels in the town do not have enough room to make a room block (we checked back in January). It is possible to get single rooms in some of the other hotels in the area if desired, and I will put the information for some of those hotels here as well.

The hotel blocks only guarantee rooms up until 30 days before the wedding.

Update: We had somebody stop by the America's Best value inn, and they said it looked like it was a decent place that had been remodeled. It is close to Belhurst and cheap. We have not contacted them about any type of room block, but if many people stay there we might be able to organize a discounted rate, so call or email one of us (or leave a comment in the guestbook) if you are staying at that hotel.
